We are seeking a motivated and experienced Outside Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team. We are an Industrial Valve company located in Gonzales, Louisiana. In this role, you will be responsible for driving business growth by managing client relationships, and developing new business opportunities. The ideal candidate will possess strong sales skills and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
Duties
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients while identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products.
- Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits, effectively communicating value propositions to potential customers.
- Following all jobs from start to finish
- Collaborate with inside sales teams to ensure seamless communication and support for client accounts.
- Participate in business development initiatives to expand market presence and drive revenue growth.
- Attend industry events to network and promote company offerings.
Experience
- Proven experience in Industrial sales, preferably in an outside sales role or business development position IS REQUIRED.
- Basic understanding of control valves, instrumentation and pressure relief valves preferred
- Experience sourcing material and dealing with tight deadlines is preferred.
- Strong ability to manage relationships with clients while providing exceptional service.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present information clearly and persuasively.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving with a strong focus on achieving results.
