We are currently hiring a Material Handler for our Materials Department. We offer an awesome benefits package, no mandatory weekend work, clean environment, and opportunities for advancement!
Hours: 6am - 4:30pm Mon- Thurs, if needed OT on Fridays.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Daily assembly of part kits for production using a pushcart and tablet-based inventory system.
- Frequently stocks incoming parts into the stockroom and delivers to production areas as needed.
- Daily restocking of inventory items, prioritizing first-in-first-out (FIFO) stock rotation.
- Occasional use of hand tools for various tasks.
- Frequently organizes parts on shelves to optimize storage and retrieval efficiency.
- Daily use of NetSuite ERP system to manage tasks, print bills of materials, and track inventory levels.
- Daily commitment to maintaining a clean and safe work environment by adhering to safety protocols and housekeeping practices.
- Occasional forklift operation.
Requirements
- Must be able to drive a forklift or willing to learn. (Onsite training will be provided).
- Basic computer skills required.
- In person and electronic communication skills required.
- Ability to read a tape measure required.
- Ability to lift 50 lbs required.
- Ability to walk up and down stairs and use ladders at elevated height required.
- Previous material handling experience preferred.
- Previous experience with NetSuite ERP system preferred.
- Previous forklift experience preferred.
