Compensation & Benefits:
- $18-$23 per hour for MN DHS qualified teachers
- Monthly bonus based on hours worked
- Up to $1,000 sign-on bonus (details below)
- Competitive pay based on experience

What We’re Looking For:
- MN DHS Rule 3 Teacher Qualified (Required)
- Two or more years of experience working with infants in an early childhood setting
- Passion for providing high-quality care and learning opportunities
- Ability to plan and implement engaging lesson plans and daily schedules
- Team player with a positive, collaborative attitude
