Description
We are seeking an experienced full cycle accountant that is looking for a clear growth path with a fast-growing company. The candidate will play a key role in our accounting functions by assisting with the month-end close cycle, treasury management, accounts payable oversight and a variety of reporting and financial analysis. There will be ample opportunities to work on projects outside of the standard accounting reporting cycle, such as expanded reporting and analysis, systems & process improvements, acquisition integration, tax & audit support, and other projects as they arise.
Responsibilities:
• Assist in all accounting functions, including month-end closing process
• Conduct monthly bank reconciliations
• Review and assist in improving internal accounting controls
• Support third party tax and audit firms
• Perform monthly/quarterly balance sheet reconciliations
• Bank account review, coding, and cash balancing
• Write and train on Finance SOPs
• Accounts Payable review and oversight
• Assist with developing and onboarding of team members as the department grows
• Various systems administration
• Various state compliance reporting as needed
• Support payroll team during payroll cycle as needed
Education/License Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting required
• CPA a plus
Experience Requirements:
• 1-4 years of accounting experience
• Advanced knowledge of GAAP and Accrual Accounting
• Multi-site healthcare experience preferred but not required

Qualifications
Essential Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
- 2 years of accounting and managerial experience
- Advanced knowledge of GAAP and Accrual Accounting
- CPA a plus
- Multi-site healthcare experience preferred but not required
