Our global foundry solutions client is seeking a Director of Sales for a full-time permanent opportunity. Reporting to the President of AMCAS, the Director will lead sales operations and strategic planning for OEM-related aftermarket products and services, drive revenue growth, and oversee regional teams and partner channels across North America.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Plan and execute regional sales strategies to meet revenue growth targets within budget and timeline
- Identify and evaluate customer needs across the entire product portfolio
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and regional sales teams
- Assess market requirements for applications and existing product lines
- Lead and support the management team by setting goals, offering feedback, and fostering a safe, high-performance workplace
- Provide quotations and oversee contractual negotiations
- Ensure regional organization structure and talent supports strategic goals
- Facilitate knowledge sharing of market intelligence across internal stakeholders
- Manage and develop sales agents across the region
- Create and implement an annual Regional Business Plan aligned with strategic targets
- Adapt global processes (marketing, CRM, IT, talent management) for regional execution
- Own tracking responsibilities in CRM and Pricing systems
- Identify and deliver value-added services to the installed customer base
- Standardize sales processes and performance metrics
- Communicate with, follow up, and support the development of regional sales agents
- Motivate and lead Regional Sales Managers through effective communication and change management
- Perform special projects and additional duties as required
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field; MBA preferred
- Experience in the industry and manufacturing processes
- Proven success in large-scale project sales and regional key account management
- Experience with matrix organizational structures and corporate-level engagement
- Track record of developing solutions that win customers and build long-term relationships
- International exposure either through direct global operations or working abroad
