ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead Generation and Management (40%)
- Provide leads for condo, hotel, and modular projects aligned with PL 11 products.
- Use lead services (e.g., Dodge, Lodging Econometrics, Cranes, local publications) to search for project data.
- Identify and document project details such as Project Name, Owner/Developer, General Contractor, Architect, Designer, Engineer, and Mechanical Contractor.
- Push leads to Regional Managers and Agency Personnel.
- Project Coordination and Reporting (30%)
- Track and manage project funnels for senior management.
- Provide monthly reporting on project status, including specifications, competitors, and timelines to completion.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to maintain comprehensive project data.
- Sales Support (20%)
- Address inquiries stemming from advertising efforts and assist with prospecting for new vendors/customers.
- Handle incoming bot requests via the company website, qualify them, and route appropriately.
- Manage clients/customer interactions and ensure lead information is complete in Salesforce.
- Administrative and Miscellaneous (10%)
- Monitor and maintain data quality within Salesforce and other CRM systems.
- Partner with Area Sales Managers (ASM) to support pipeline development and assist in preparing quotes.
- Stay updated with product information through marketing collaboration.
- Support additional duties such as CFC HC tracking and project tracking reports.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
Required:
- High school degree or equivalent.
- 2 years’ experience in MS Office; proficient in all applications.
- 1 years SAP or other ERP / CRM system experience.
