INSIDE SERVICE TECHNICIAN
Location: Addison, IL (with up to 50% overnight travel)
Job Type: Permanent/Full-Time
Pay: $27.00 - $30.00 per hour plus occasional overtime (depending on experience)

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Technical support and troubleshooting via telephone
- Inside Service - Installing Machine Options, voltage changes, and machine repairs
- Machine setup and testing in our Technical Training Center
- Application support - performing cutting and machining trials
- Installation and operator training at the customer site
- Field and warranty service at the customer site
- Strong Electrical Skills - Ability to understand an Electrical Schematic
- Experience in Hydraulics and Pneumatics
- Working knowledge and some experience with PLCs
- Strong Communication skills - face-to-face; voice-to-voice; email to email
- Excellent computer skills
- 3 years' experience working in the Machine Tool Repair/Maintenance Field
- High school, some college education
- High attention to detail and follow-through
- Overnight Travel 25 to 50%
