ON-SITE POSITION
Due to significant growth, ESPO Engineering Corporation is looking for additional recruiters for our dynamic team!
Come join our team! Established in 1965, ESPO Engineering has been a leader in providing Engineering and Technical staffing solutions to many companies throughout the Chicagoland area. We specialize in the recruiting and placement of Engineers, Designers, Drafters, Technicians, Machinists, Machine Maintenance, Production, Manufacturing, IT, Construction & Consulting personnel at every level and discipline.
We are currently seeking a Technical Recruiter with 1-5 years of experience for our Willowbrook office!
Any experience in the Technical staffing industry is highly valued; preferably with knowledge in the Manufacturing, Engineering, or IT staffing industries. Applicants should have: good verbal and written communication skills, an outgoing personality, strong knowledge of desktop applications, and be self-motivated.
Responsibilities will include identifying, sourcing, screening, qualifying, and interviewing candidates for technical positions. Training will be provided. The position comes with a base salary commission Benefits.
