Location: Atlanta, GA. (100% Remote - hours in EST)
Job type: Long-Term Contract

Our client, a major Telecommunications provider, is hiring a Fiber Project Manager for a long-term contract opportunity.
The Fiber Project Manager will facilitate updates on Fiber Construction Projects throughout the region.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Facilitate updates on construction projects
- Conducts calls between the end client and construction team
- Updates to the construction team on what is needed for the job, the timeline, and what specifics are needed to complete the job.
- If Construction teams need anything, the Project Manager will update the customer and obtain needed information.
- Run reporting to update the jobs.
- Update leadership on job status
- Strong organizational skills - must have at least 1 year of proven experience in a previous role (with examples).
- Understanding of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, and Teams)
- Ability to work in a team environment (current team consists of 4 members).
- Handle multiple projects at any given time.
- PMP Certification is not required but would be a plus
- Previous Project Management experience in Construction/Fiber Telecommunication is nice but not required.
