Job Summary:
Level 10 is seeking a skilled and experienced Electrical Foreman to lead a small crew in performing electrical work for commercial and residential site utility projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical systems while ensuring compliance with all safety regulations and project specifications.

Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and lead a small crew of electricians and apprentices to complete electrical work efficiently.
- Read and interpret site plans, blueprints, and electrical schematics to execute wiring and conduit installations.
- Install, troubleshoot, and repair electrical components, systems, and fixtures in commercial and site residential settings.
- Run wire through conduit, ensuring proper placement and secure connections.
- Coordinate with project managers, site supervisors, and other trades to ensure timely completion of work.
- Perform electrical inspections and testing to verify code compliance and system integrity.
- Enforce and adhere to all company and OSHA safety regulations, ensuring a safe work environment.
- Order materials and ensure proper inventory of tools and supplies for the crew.
- Train and mentor crew members, ensuring proper workmanship and adherence to industry standards.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum 5 years of electrical experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
- Skills: Strong knowledge of NEC codes, conduit bending, wire pulling, and troubleshooting electrical systems.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift 50 lbs, work in various weather conditions, and operate hand and power tools.
- Other: Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
