Summary: We are looking for a highly motivated and outgoing Field Recruiter to actively seek and engage skilled heavy equipment operators, foremen, and other key construction personnel at active job sites. This role requires frequent travel to construction sites, distributing business cards, networking with workers, and building relationships to strengthen our talent pipeline.
Key Responsibilities:
- Travel to various construction job sites to connect with heavy equipment operators, foremen, and other skilled tradespeople.
- Introduce the company and explain employment opportunities, benefits, and career growth potential.
- Distribute business cards, flyers, and recruitment materials to potential candidates.
- Gather contact information from interested candidates and follow up with them.
- Build and maintain relationships with construction workers, site managers, and trade professionals.
- Work closely with the HR and recruitment team to ensure a steady flow of qualified candidates.
- Maintain a log of job site visits, contacts made, and candidate follow-ups.
- Represent the company professionally and maintain a positive rapport with industry professionals.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in construction, recruiting, or sales preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and networking skills with the ability to engage with workers on-site.
- Comfortable working in a field-based role, traveling between job sites daily.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (mileage reimbursement provided).
- Ability to communicate effectively with a diverse group of construction professionals.
