Project Manager Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and self-motivated Project Manager to join our team at Esposito Construction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create schedules for jobs and coordinate with subcontractors.
- Assist with take-off for material ordering.
- Lead job meetings including pre-construction, project, and staff meetings.
- Accurately assess design requirements, materials list, and field productivity.
Qualifications:
- At least 5 years of experience as a pipe foreman and 5 years as a superintendent in the civil utility construction industry.
- OSHA 30 certification and competent person certification.
- Ability to operate heavy equipment and hold a DOT Medical Certificate.

Schedule and Facilitate Resources: The right candidate must be able to schedule and facilitate the resources needed to complete a construction project, including job cost control and quality control to help set and maintain the project budget.
Instill Safety as a Top Priority: This position will oversee multiple crews for the installation of all underground utilities (water, storm, and sewer) on heavy civil construction projects and instill safety as a top priority.
