Esposito Garden Center is searching for an EXPERIENCED Spray Technician to join our team. The successful candidate will be a professional, hard working, honest and punctual employee who possesses the following qualifications:
- MUST HAVE DOCUMENTED EXPERIENCE WORKING OUTDOORS
- Must be customer service oriented, with good communication skills
- Valid drivers license with a good record
- Have the ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Be able to work outdoors in all seasons
- Be able to walk and be on your feet for extended periods of time
- Work long hours as needed
- Must be able to pass a background check and pre-employment drug test
This position requires licensing by the Florida Department of Agriculture. The applicant must be able to pass the background screening questions put forth by the Department in order to qualify for this position.

Responsibilities
- Perform pest control treatments on lawns and ornamental plants to ensure healthy growth and aesthetics.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and educating them on lawn care practices.
- Maintain accurate records of services rendered and products used.
- Drive to various job sites while adhering to safety regulations and maintaining a valid driver's license.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance service delivery and sales opportunities.
Job Type: Full-time
