Job Requirements:
Esquire Bank is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Compliance Analyst to join its Merchant Services team. The successful candidate will play a critical role in ensuring the company's compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage our ISO and merchant PCI Programs to ensure compliance and maintain records of required PCI validations
- Assist in the management of Esquire's PCI compliance, working with internal stakeholders and our compliance vendor
- Manage all credit card brand compliance programs and alerts, including but not limited to chargebacks, fraud, BRAM/VIRP, to name a few as well as all or other compliance notifications, events, and actions
Skills and Qualifications:
- At least 5 years of credit card acquiring compliance or equivalent experience
- BA/BS Degree or equivalent experience is required
- Strong experience in bank and credit card brand operational activities and technology
- Advance Excel skills with the ability to manipulate data and automate spreadsheets
