Description
PURPOSE OF THE POSITION
The Video Coordinator is responsible for facilitating the efficient execution of video production orders, delivering accurate, timely, and quality video products that adheres to the specific requirements and standards of the organization, clients, and cases.
JOB DUTIES
- Process client video orders
- Check video jobs into internal systems
- Convert media formats to meet department standard formats
- Create video production media types for video production deliverables
- Synchronize video to transcripts and hyper-link exhibit files
- Adhere to client, case, and contact preferences and requirements to ensure accurate product delivery
- Prioritize work from saved searches to effectively meet due date targets
- Work collaboratively to ship or distribute electronically work product as required and in a timely manner
- Works directly with clients to provide video technology support
- Other duties as assigned
