Salary: $80k - $95k
Job Summary:Esrick Enterprises is a private single family office that provides wealth management services to the Family. Over the last 25 years, we have invested with an emphasis on executing the long term vision of the family, focused on Real Estate, Private Equity, Growth Equity, Venture and Credit investments. The Family Office is looking to hire an Accountant to help manage day to day accounting operations. Reporting to the Controller, the Accountant will focus on expense management, and other important tasks. The Accountant should been extremely organized and have strong relationship skills as duties include assisting with outside service providers such as vendors, banks, credit cards companies, other accountants, et al.

Responsibilities:
• Report to the Controller and other key members of management.• Maintain & prepare existing internal reports and lead in the creation of new accounting efficiencies.• Assist and oversee bill pay.• Maintain daily cash activity and expense reporting.• Assist with expense management.• Maintain records and report on all capital projects.• Daily/weekly/monthly/Quarterly expense reporting.• Assist and help manage data entry into QuickBooks and other platforms ensuring all numbers and projections are current and accurate• Assist in tax return process for entities of the family members• Frequent meetings with management to discuss planning.• Assist in Managing family office long term financial goals.
Qualifications:
• Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance: Required.• Minimum of 5 years of accounting experience preferably in the public accounting or investment management industries• Extensive experience with QuickBooks, Juniper Square and other financial management and bill pay platforms.• Advanced Excel skills• Experience with technology including productivity tools.• Have tax knowledge and understanding as well as ability to effectively communicate with outside advisors.• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with keen attention to detail.• Committed to long term growth with our family office.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Technologically inclined and experience with Apple• CPA designation• Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Tax, or Business Management.• Experience working at a mid-size or large accounting firm or financial services firm• Experience working in the accounting or finance departments of a multi-state operating business• Experience working in a Family Office• Experience in Real Estate/Development accounting
Pay Range
USD $80,000.00 - USD $95,000.00 /Yr.Salary : $80,000 - $95,000
