Summer (June-August) 8.0 hours 10AM-6:30PM
School Year (August – May) 8.0 hours 3:30PM-12:00AM

ESS Clean, Inc., a leader in commercial cleaning, is seeking a Site Supervisor to lead cleaning operations at a school site where excellence, professionalism, and reliability are essential.
What You’ll Do:
- Ensure spotless results by performing regular inspections and hands-on cleaning
- Supervise and support a dedicated cleaning team with respect and consistency
- Train new team members and provide ongoing coaching and performance feedback
- Maintain supply closets and equipment organization
- Communicate clearly with the Area Manager, customer contact, and your team
- Step in to clean when needed—leading by example
- Maintain a culture of safety and accountability at the worksite
Who You Are:
- Professional and courteous—you represent our team with pride
- Detail-oriented—you notice what others miss and won’t rest until it's right
- A natural leader—you know how to inspire, coach, and hold others accountable
- Experienced in cleaning services and ready to step up to a supervisory role
- Comfortable using cleaning equipment and able to lift up to 50 lbs
- Able to work independently and reliably during evening hours
Preferred Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED
- Prior experience in custodial supervision or commercial cleaning
- Knowledge of safety protocols, MSDS, and cleaning standards
