Job Skills / Requirements
ESS Clean is seeking a dedicated individual to join our team as a part-time Surgical Center Cleaner. This position offers flexibility, with a schedule of 2 to 4 hours per night (depending on customer needs), Monday through Friday, starting after 6 PM. The location is a modern surgery center in Southwest Indianapolis. This role is perfect for someone who values cleanliness and precision, especially in a healthcare setting.
Responsibilities:
- Perform terminal cleaning of operating rooms using approved methods and cleaning solutions
- Disinfect and sanitize all surfaces with a focus on preventing cross-contamination
- Clean and maintain restrooms and common areas within the surgical center
- Sweep, mop, and vacuum to ensure the highest standards of cleanliness
- Dispose of medical waste and manage recycling according to facility protocols
Ideal Candidate:
- Has experience in a healthcare cleaning environment or a strong desire to learn
- Demonstrates exceptional attention to detail
- Understands the importance of maintaining a sterile and safe environment
