Your Role
As a substitute teacher with ESS Direct, you will play a critical role in ensuring that students receive a high-quality education, even when their regular teachers are absent. Your responsibilities will include administering day-to-day lesson plans, maintaining a safe and orderly learning environment, and reporting any issues to school administrators.
