Substitute Child Nutrition Employee
An ESS substitute Child Nutrition Employee plays an integral role in preparing and delivering meals to students in a clean, safe, and healthy environment.
Responsibilities
- Perform all duties assigned by the head cook / school administration in the selection, preparation, and serving of food
- Maintain a clean and safe food service environment; perform sanitation duties to ensure that all equipment is thoroughly cleaned according to state regulations
- Store, utilize, and dispose of food and supplies following federal, state, local, and district regulations
- Assist with the accurate keeping of records and ordering of supplies

Qualifications
- CO Background Check-Level I-CBI / FBI
- Minimum HS Diploma / GED or previous institutional food service experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
- ESS required documents

Pay Rate
- Child Nutrition Level 1 $15.00
- Child Nutrition Level 2 $16.74
- Child Nutrition Bonus : In a calendar month, for every five days a substitute works, they will receive an additional $100 bonus
