Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone or email in a timely and professional manner.
- Data Entry; updating service and sales tickets
- Ordering equipment and parts for necessary project
- Updating and billing work tickets in a timely fashion
- Light shipping and receiving - be able to lift approx 20lb
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and adhering to a schedule
- Collaborate with Staff and Managers
- Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures while maintaining high standards of phone etiquette and interpersonal skills.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
- Ability to analyze issues critically and provide effective solutions.
- Excellent phone etiquette with a friendly demeanor.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- A positive attitude towards learning new skills and adapting to changes.
