We are seeking a dedicated and vigilant Professional Security Officer to join our team. Duties
- Monitor and patrol assigned areas to ensure safety and security.
- Operate and maintain CCTV systems to oversee activities within the premises.
- Respond promptly to alarms, incidents, or emergencies, ensuring appropriate action is taken.
- Conduct regular inspections of buildings and grounds to identify potential security risks.
- Enforce facility rules and regulations while providing excellent customer service.
- Prepare detailed reports on incidents, observations, and any unusual occurrences.
- Collaborate with law enforcement agencies when necessary.
- Assist in conflict management situations to De-Escalate tensions effectively.
- Provide First Aid, CPR, AED, Narcan & or Stop the Bleeding assistance as needed during emergencies.
Skills
- Proficiency in operating CCTV systems and surveillance equipment.
- Certification in CPR and First Aid is highly desirable.
- Strong conflict management skills to handle difficult situations calmly and effectively.
- Knowledge of loss prevention techniques to minimize theft or damage.
- Background in law enforcement or military service is a plus.
- Excellent observational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with diverse groups of people.
- Strong problem-solving skills to address security challenges proactively.
