As we continue to grow, we are seeking a results-driven Outside Sales Representative to expand our market presence and drive revenue growth.
Position Overview
The Outside Sales Representative will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing relationships with prospective clients, and expanding ESS’s customer base. This role requires a self-motivated individual who thrives on prospecting, cold calling, and closing deals while maintaining strong client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Prospect & Generate Leads: Identify and pursue new commercial business opportunities through field-based cold calling and networking.
- Develop & Maintain Client Relationships: Build strong relationships with existing and potential customers, understanding their needs and positioning ESS’s services effectively.
- Demonstrate Product Knowledge: Conduct product and service demonstrations to educate clients on ESS’s turnkey environmental and remediation solutions.
- Achieve Sales Targets: Meet or exceed established sales quotas and territory development goals.
- Sales Strategy Execution: Develop and implement strategic sales plans to maximize market penetration.
- Reporting & CRM Management: Maintain accurate records of leads, customer interactions, and sales pipeline updates.
Qualification
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field preferred (Not Mandatory).
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of successful cold calling and outside sales experience, preferably as a general contractor for the Oil & Gas or Construction industry.
- Sales Skills: Strong presentation, negotiation, and closing skills with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Self-Motivated: Ability to work independently and drive results with minimal supervision.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Industry Knowledge: Prior experience in the oil and gas sector or environmental and dirt work services is a plus.
