Operations Support Specialist

OVERVIEW : We are a leading provider of full-service staffing and management programs for the K-12 educational market. We are currently seeking a Support Specialist to assist our teams in the Medford, Oregon area ! The successful candidate will be responsible for helping fulfill substitute teacher assignments, hiring and onboarding.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Direct and control the fulfillment of substitute teacher and paraprofessional assignments.
- Serve as a liaison between school district administration and ESS staff, delivering excellent customer service and timely responses to emails, calls, and in-person inquiries.
- Assist with the fulfillment of vacant teacher assignments.
- Recruit and onboard new hires.
- Other duties as assigned or assigned.
