Counter Sales Representative

Overview
We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Counter Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for customers, providing exceptional service and support in a retail environment. Your ability to communicate effectively and handle transactions accurately will be essential in ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers as they enter the store, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.
• Process sales transactions efficiently using the POS system. .
• Provide product information and recommendations to customers, enhancing their shopping experience.
• Maintain knowledge of store promotions, products, and services to effectively assist customers.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly while maintaining excellent phone etiquette.
• Assist in inventory management by restocking shelves and organizing merchandise as needed.
• Utilize retail math skills to manage transactions and ensure accurate cash handling at the end of shifts.

Requirements

• Previous experience retail environment is preferred.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively. Bilingual
• Basic math skills for handling transactions and managing cash accurately.
• Experience with POS systems is highly desirable.
