Esse Health is currently seeking a PRN Telephone Triage Nurse for our Watson Pediatrics office located at 9580 Watson Road in St. Louis.
Summary: The Telephone Triage Nurse triages patient questions/problems; consults with provider(s) and returns calls. Also provides expert professional nursing care on an as needed basis.
This position is not benefit eligible.
Preferred Qualifications: Formal training which will probably be indicated by a graduation certificate from an accredited RN school of nursing. One or more years of experience, current nursing license in MO, dedication to patient satisfaction, ability to communicate effectively and ability to work compatibly with physicians and other staff members. Physical Requirements: Physical guidelines include ability to sit for extended periods of time while assisting patients via telephone. Ability to teach and assist patients needs, and document through the EMR (Electronic Medical Record). Ability to effectively communicate with physicians and staff.
