- Manage all aspects of construction projects, including coordinating subcontractors, scheduling, and ensuring adherence to project timelines
- Utilize software such as Bluebeam, Prolog, and ProCore for project documentation and management
- Supervise construction site activities to guarantee compliance with OSHA regulations and company safety protocols
- Read and interpret blueprints to guide construction teams effectively
- Oversee contract administration and ensure project budgets are maintained
- Provide leadership in project scheduling, resource allocation, and progress tracking
- Proven experience in managing construction projects
- Proficiency in Bluebeam, OSHA regulations, Prolog, ProCore, and project scheduling
- Strong understanding of contract management and blueprint reading
- Excellent supervisory skills to lead on-site construction teams effectively
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
