Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Laborer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing various tasks that support the overall operations of our projects. This role requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. General construction knowledge/ skills are a plus. As a Laborer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that work sites are safe, organized, and efficient.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation and cleanup of job sites to ensure safety and efficiency.
• Load and unload materials and equipment as needed.
• Operate hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.
• Follow instructions from supervisors and contribute to team efforts.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Perform physical tasks such as lifting, carrying, digging, and moving materials.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
• Report any issues or concerns to supervisors promptly.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in construction or labor-intensive roles is preferred but not required.
• Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds) and perform physically demanding tasks.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow instructions accurately.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work well within a team.
• Willingness to learn new skills and take on additional responsibilities as needed.
• A valid driver's license is a plus but not mandatory.
