Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise, train, and mentor electrical installation teams.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot systems, using appropriate tools and techniques.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and electrical codes.
- Analyze and document system performance, suggesting improvements as needed.
- Coordinate with project managers and clients to meet deadlines and deliver high-quality work.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure project adherence to safety and quality standards.
- Manage inventory and equipment to optimize project resource utilization.
- At least 3 years of experience in commercial or industrial electrical work, with a focus on solar energy systems.

- Valid OSHA 10 certification and a clean driver's license.
