Responsibilities
- Lead and manage clinical operations across all divisions of Essen Health Care.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards, including HIPAA and FDA guidelines.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures that enhance patient care quality.
- Supervise clinical staff, providing guidance and support to improve performance.
- Collaborate with other healthcare leaders to drive strategic initiatives and improve health outcomes.
- Monitor clinical performance metrics and implement improvement strategies as needed.
- Engage in community outreach efforts to promote health education and access to services.
Requirements
- MD or DO degree with board certification in a relevant specialty.
- Proven experience in healthcare management or leadership roles.
- Strong understanding of hospital operations and patient care processes.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to lead diverse teams effectively.
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements related to healthcare delivery.
- Experience in project management within a healthcare setting is preferred.
