We are looking for an individual to be our Community Manager at a small apartment community in Melrose. Duties include but are not limited to collecting rent, taking applications, completing yearly recerts, leasing, assisting residents with questions, complete light maintenance work orders, turning the apartment for the next resident and overall making sure the community looks wonderful for our residents.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $17.00 - $17.95 per hour

Expected hours: 15 – 20 per week
