Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Maintenance Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities through effective maintenance and repair of equipment and systems. The Maintenance Technician will work independently and as part of a team to maintain a safe and efficient working environment.
Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on items in townhome
- Conduct inspections of facilities to identify maintenance needs and ensure compliance with safety standards.
- Prepare home for new move-in; complete work orders.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and inventory of supplies.
Requirements
- Ability to troubleshoot, look for soluntions
- Work with our vendors on getting items ordered or repaired that is needed
- Offer great customer service to all residents.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $21.59 - $23.50 per hour
Expected hours: 15 – 20 per week
