Hourly Pay: $20/hour, 40 hours/week
Core Internship Concepts:
- Support the Merchandising team in identifying product content gaps and making required updates to item selling points and descriptions.
- Identify item upsell opportunities and premium relationships and implement suggestions via Essendant’s search platform.
- Attend meetings/trainings related to Merchandising and product Marketing.
- Communicate findings and project status clearly and professionally through presentations and written/verbal communication
- Work with specific Suppliers and our Content team to enhance website content – review of on-line assortment reviewing images / content for relevancy
- Assist with reporting (pulling reports and being able to speak to the data you pull)
- Other Merchandising tasks as assigned.

- Ability to communicate effectively across multiple levels in the organization
- Works well in a team environment and one-on-one
- Strong analytical skills, systemic thinking, and problem-solving skills
- Strong desire to learn, not afraid to ask questions, and is a self-starter

- Ability to stay level-headed in a fast-paced environment
Education:
- Entering junior or senior year studies in the fall of 2025
