Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful as a Registered Nurse at Essentia Health, you must possess the following skills and qualifications:
- A current license with the appropriate State Board of Nursing
- Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification or ability to become certified within one month from date of hire
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification or ability to become certified within one year from date of hire
- Comprehensive Advanced Life Support (CALS) certification or Trauma Nursing Core Course (TNCC) within one year from date of hire
- Emergency Nursing Pediatric Course (ENPC) certification
- Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification within one year
