Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at Holy Trinity Hospital. As a RN, you will be responsible for organizing and providing nursing care to patients through assessment, planning, intervention, and evaluation. You will also delegate aspects of care to other nursing personnel based on their licensure, preparation, and job descriptions.
Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality patient care through assessment, planning, intervention, and evaluation
- Delegate tasks to other nursing personnel as needed
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to achieve patient outcomes
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) or Associate's degree in Nursing (ADN) from an accredited school
- Licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of practice
- Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification or ability to become certified within 1 month of hire
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification or ability to become certified within 1 year of hire
