Job Description:
The Digital Health Products and Services Program Manager provides oversight of digital health products and services, driving continuous quality improvement, and supporting growth initiatives. The Program Manager plays a critical part in ensuring that our digital health tools and services align with strategic goals and meet the needs of our patients and organization.Education Qualifications:
Key Responsibilities:
- Provides oversight and management of digital health products and services associated with but not limited to the following products: Epic Campaigns, remote patient monitoring, and MyChart Care Companions
- Drives continuous quality improvement by identifying areas for enhancement and implementing changes that improve patient safety, quality, and experience
- Collaborates with cross-functional teams, including clinical operations, quality, information systems and patient experience, to support optimization of digital health products and services
- Supports internal initiatives by promoting digital health tools and services within the organization
- Stays current with industry trends and best practices in Digital Health
Education Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in applicable field
Required Qualifications:
- 5 years of experience in product management, preferably in digital health or healthcare domain
- 2 years of experience in a leadership role
- Strong leadership, communication, and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence and inspire teams and stakeholders across the organization
Preferred Qualifications:
- 5 years experience in healthcare system leadership
- Master's degree in business administration, healthcare administration, or a related field
- Experience utilizing Epic electronic health record
- Experience with digital health tools and services, including remote patient monitoring, virtual care coordination, mobile health apps, patient outreach and communication tools
