Diagnostic Imaging Technologist
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Diagnostic Imaging Technologist to join our team at Ashland Clinic.
The successful candidate will be responsible for administering ionizing radiation to patients of all ages for diagnostic, therapeutic procedures, and/or research purposes.
This position requires the ability to operate advanced radiographic equipment and provide high-quality diagnostic images to radiologists and referring physicians.
Responsibilities:
- Administer ionizing radiation to patients for diagnostic and therapeutic purposes
- Operate radiographic equipment to produce high-quality diagnostic images
- Provide images to radiologists and referring physicians for interpretation
- Maintain accurate patient records and reports
Requirements:
- Graduate of an Allied Health Education and Accreditation (AMA) Radiography program
- Mammography certification required within 24 months of hire if not currently certified
