Essentia Health is seeking a compassionate Palliative Care APP to join our expanding Palliative Care Program. This is a unique opportunity to be part of a collaborative, interdisciplinary team dedicated to delivering holistic, patient-centered care that supports individuals and their families through some of life’s most meaningful moments.
PRACTICE SPECIFICS
- Full-time; Mon-Fri
- Play a critical role in delivering comprehensive care to patients with serious illnesses.
- Deliver care within the inpatient setting.
- Close collaboration and support within the interdisciplinary palliative care team across the inpatient and outpatient settings which includes 1 Fellowship Trained Physician, 1 Social Worker, and 1 chaplain.
- Opportunity to participate in the ongoing growth and development of the palliative care program.
- EPIC (Electronic Medical Record) for both our Inpatient and Ambulatory facilities

REQUIREMENTS
·Significant experience in palliative medicine, oncology, hospice or geriatrics is strongly preferred.
LOCATION
- Centrally located on the border of North Dakota & Minnesota
- 3.5 hours northwest of Minneapolis/St. Paul
- Fargo-Moorhead population: 225,000; Regional Population: 478,000
Hired candidates may be eligible to receive additional compensation in the form of bonuses, quality incentives or production-based compensation

Licensure/Certification Qualifications:
NP:
Current licensure as a registered nurse in appropriate state.
Current licensure as a Nurse Practitioner in appropriate state.
Current certification in CPR.
National certification in applicable area.
Successful completion of Essentia Health credentialing process prior to practice
PA:
Current licensure as a physician assistant in appropriate state.
Current certification in CPR.
National certification.
Successful completion of Essentia Health credentialing process prior to practice
Salary : $56 - $78
