Job Description
As a Critical Access Acute Care Registered Nurse at Essentia Health, you will be responsible for organizing and providing high-quality nursing care to patients through the process of assessment, planning, intervention, and evaluation. You will collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure seamless communication and coordination of care.
Responsibilities
- Assess patients' physical and emotional needs, developing individualized care plans to meet their unique requirements.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure seamless communication and coordination of care.
- Administer medications, treatments, and therapies as prescribed by physicians.
- Monitor patients' conditions, reporting any changes or concerns to the healthcare team.
Requirements
- A BSN or ADN degree from an accredited school or college of nursing.
- Current licensure with the appropriate State Board of Nursing.
- Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification or ability to become certified within 1 month from date of hire.
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification or ability to become certified within 1 year from date of hire.
Benefits
- Competitive salary range: $36.30 - $54.45 per hour.
- Full-time position with a permanent night rotation schedule.
- 72 hours per pay period.
- 0.8 FTE.
- Every third weekend.
