Job Title: Licensed Practical Nurse
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team at Essentia Living Center, a long-term care facility in Fosston, Minnesota.
Job Summary:
The successful candidate will provide high-quality patient care, work collaboratively with our healthcare team, and contribute to the mission and goals of Essentia Health.
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care, including assessment, planning, intervention, and evaluation.
- Delegate tasks to other nursing personnel based on their licensure, preparation, and job descriptions.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of patient care plans.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure seamless care delivery.
- Meet the requirements of the Joint Commission and other regulatory agencies.
Requirements:
- Current nursing licensure in the state of Minnesota.
- Ability to work night shifts, 36 hours per week, with every third weekend and a holiday rotation.
- Generous night shift differential and eligibility for full-time benefits.
