About the Position:
We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to fill the role of a Nursing Care Coordinator. This dedicated professional will be responsible for organizing and providing nursing care to patients through assessment, planning, intervention, and evaluation.
Responsibilities:
- Organize and provide nursing care to patients
- Delegate tasks to other nursing personnel based on their licensure and job descriptions
- Contribute to meeting the mission and goals of the facility and Essentia Health
- Respond to emergency calls and assist ambulance teams as needed
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Associate's degree in Nursing from an accredited institution
- Current licensure with the relevant State Board of Nursing
- Completion of Trauma Care After Resuscitation (TCAR) or Trauma Nursing Core Course (TNCC) within one year of hire
