Job Description:
The Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant plays a vital role in providing high-quality patient care, utilizing advanced health assessment and decision-making skills to work collaboratively with physicians and other healthcare professionals. This position emphasizes health promotion and disease prevention for patients of various ages.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide healthcare services to individuals and families
- Care for patients across the age spectrum
Requirements:
- Hospital-based experience
- ACLS and PALS certification
Education and Certification:
- Master's or Doctorate degree in Nursing or Master's degree in Physician Assistant Studies from an accredited program
- Successful completion of Essentia Health credentialing process prior to practice
Additional Compensation:
Hired candidates may be eligible for bonuses, quality incentives, or production-based compensation.
Shift Details:
12-hour shifts: 7am-7pm, no nights or call.
