Pharmacy Coordinator- Acute Care

Education Qualifications:

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinating and completing Pharmacy related credentialing, payor enrollment, and researching associated issues
• Coordinating and participating in committees, providing guidance and support to pharmacy leadership
• Coordinating revision of policies and standard work
• Auditing support
• Preparation of reports and meeting minutes
• Coordination and assistance with the management of team and patient schedules, as applicable
• General office support including but not limited to ordering office supplies, distribution of mail
• Provides other support to staff within the department as required
• Other duties as assigned

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of office experience required, preferably in healthcare
• Proficient and comprehensive skills in personal computer software systems and applications, including word processing, spreadsheets, presentation and database (Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications:

• Pharmacy experience highly preferred
• Associates degree preferred
