At Essentia Health, we are seeking a highly skilled Pharmacy Director - Operations to lead our centralized pharmacy services team. This role is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our mail-order and home delivery, call center, long-term care pharmacy, and central fulfillment services. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 8 years of applicable pharmacy experience, with at least 3 years of pharmacy management experience. A Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or Doctorate in Pharmacy is required, as well as licensure as a Registered Pharmacist by the Minnesota and Wisconsin Boards of Pharmacy. Experience managing pharmacy centralized fulfillment or long-term care pharmacy is a plus.
We offer a competitive salary range of $145,000 - $170,000 per year, depending on experience.
