We are seeking a skilled nursing professional to join our team at Fosston Hospital. As a member of our care team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality, compassionate care to patients through the process of assessment, planning, intervention, and evaluation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Organize and provide care to patients based on individual needs.
- Delegate aspects of care to other nursing personnel as appropriate.
- Contribute to meeting the mission and goals of the facility and Essentia Health.
Requirements:
- BSN or ADN degree from an accredited school of nursing.
- Current license with the appropriate State Board of Nursing.
- Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification or ability to become certified within 1 month from date of hire.
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification or ability to become certified within 1 year from date of hire.
- Comprehensive Advanced Life Support (CALS) or Trauma Nursing Core Course (TNCC) certification within 1 year from date of hire.
- Emergency Nursing Pediatric Course (ENPC) or Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification or ability to become certified within 1 year from date of hire.
