We are seeking a detail-oriented and compassionate healthcare professional to join our team at the Park Rapids Clinic. This full-time position offers a unique opportunity to work in a dynamic environment with a focus on providing high-quality patient care.
About the Role:
- This position requires a Registered Nurse (RN), Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) to work Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, with one weekday off.
- The ideal candidate will be able to multitask, function well in a continuously changing workflow, and possess excellent communication skills.
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care in an ambulatory care setting.
- Assist RNs, physicians, and other providers as needed.
- Perform identified procedures for which competencies have been demonstrated.
Requirements:
- RN/LPN: Current licensure with the Minnesota state board of nursing.
- CMA: Current registration or certification as a Medical Assistant OR verifiable completion of a Medical Assistant Program and must become certified within one year of date of hire.
- Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certified, or able to obtain within 3 months.
