About the Role:
We are seeking a dedicated Nursing Care Coordinator to organize and provide nursing care to patients through assessment, planning, intervention, and evaluation. You will delegate aspects of care to other nursing personnel based on their licensure, preparation, and job descriptions. Your contributions will help meet the mission and goals of the facility and Essentia Health.
Responsibilities:
- Organize and provide nursing care to patients
- Delegate aspects of care to other nursing personnel
- Contribute to meeting the mission and goals of the facility and Essentia Health
- Respond to emergency calls and assist ambulance teams
Requirements:
- BSN or ADN degree from an accredited school or college of nursing
- Current license with the appropriate State Board of Nursing
- Trauma Care After Resuscitation (TCAR) or Trauma Nursing Core Course (TNCC) within 1 year from the date of hire
