We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team at Oak Crossing, a highly rated long-term care facility in Detroit Lakes, Minnesota.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality patient care through assessment, planning, intervention, and evaluation.
- Delegation of tasks to other nursing personnel based on licensure, preparation, and job descriptions.
- Contribute to the meeting of facility and Essentia's mission and goals.
Education Qualifications:
- Education as required for licensure.
Licensure/Certification Qualifications:
- Current nursing licensure in the state of Minnesota.
- Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification within 1 month.
