Job Title:
We are seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at Essentia Living Center, a long-term care facility in Fosston, Minnesota. This is a casual, as-needed position that requires working some holidays and weekends.Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality patient care through assessment, planning, intervention, and evaluation.
- Delegate tasks to other nursing personnel based on their licensure, preparation, and job descriptions.
- Contribute to the meeting of the mission and goals of the facility and Essentia Health.
Requirements:
- Educational qualifications required for licensure.
- Current nursing licensure in the state of Minnesota.
- Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification within 1 month.
