Responsibilities:
- Provide nursing care to residents through assessment, planning, intervention, and evaluation
- Delegate aspects of care to other nursing personnel based on their licensure, preparation, and job descriptions
- Contribute to the meeting of the mission and goals of the facility and Essentia
